With which logistic partner will be sent your delivery?
Your order will be beautifully packaged and safetly sent to you by registered Post/DHL and it will arrive comfortably to your home.
Is my parcel insured?
Obviously, we ship all items insured and you will receive a confirmation mail with the Post / DHL tracking number. This allows you to track the status of the shipment online.
To which countries does BLOOMBO deliver?
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium ....
How much are the shipping costs?
Deliveries within Austria: From an order value of 59,00€ we deliver free of charge.
For an order value of up to 59,00€ we charge a flat rate of 4 € (including VAT) per order.
Deliveries outside Austria: Regardless of the order value, we charge a flat rate of 7.90 € (including VAT) per order.
How long are the delivery times?
Our orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
The delivery time of the goods in Austria is 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
The delivery time of the goods to other European countries is 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment.
Please note that on Sundays and holidays, no delivery will occur.
The parcel is missing, what now?
If your package has not been delivered to you within one week after the confirmation mail and has not been delivered to a neighbor, please contact our customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We take care of it immediately and create a forwarding request.
